How much is shipping?
Australian standard shipping starts at A$10.80 up to 500 g. Rates rise with the shipment weight and are shown at checkout before payment. Orders over 20 kg need a shipping quote — contact us before ordering.
How do I pick the right size?
Grab a tee you already like, lay it flat and measure across the chest and from shoulder to hem. Compare it with the size guide on the product page. Men’s Staple, women’s Maple and crop tees have different measurements.
Are these printed to order?
Your tee is printed to order here in Australia. Production time is separate from delivery time. If you need a tee for a specific date, contact us before ordering so availability and timing can be checked.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact On the Naughty List with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos help us assess print or garment issues. Made-to-order tees cannot be returned for change of mind or an incorrect size choice. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for faulty goods or items that do not match the description.
