About these terms

These terms apply to your use of onthenaughtylist.com and purchases from On the Naughty List. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy explain the related details. Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products, sizing and images

Check the selected design, garment style, colour, size and product measurements before ordering. Some designs contain adult humour or explicit language, which is shown on the product page. Lifestyle images identified as AI-generated are styling mockups, not customer photographs. Refer to the product flatlay for artwork details and the garment measurements for sizing. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Review your order total before completing checkout. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.

If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a garment is unavailable or payment cannot be verified, we will contact you. If a price or product detail contains an error, we will explain it and seek your agreement before proceeding with a changed order. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If an affected order cannot proceed, we will refund the amount paid for that order or the affected items.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will check what is possible; changes may not be possible once production or fulfilment has started. This does not limit any cancellation or other remedy available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

Prices and promotions

Store prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Shipping is additional and is shown at checkout before payment. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown before you place your order. A promotion applies according to its displayed conditions; eligibility and any discount are shown at checkout. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the price of an order already accepted.

Production and shipping

The Print Bar prints and fulfils our tees in Australia as our third-party supplier. Your purchase is with On the Naughty List, and we remain your contact for the order and any product concerns.

Shipping is Standard only. Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout; see our Shipping Policy for details. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. See our Shipping Policy for shipping information. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular event so we can check current timing. We do not promise arrival by Christmas or another date unless we specifically confirm it. This does not limit your rights if an order is not supplied as agreed or within a reasonable time.

Returns and Australian consumer rights

Our tees are produced for each order, so we do not offer returns or exchanges simply for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection. This is different from receiving the wrong item, an inaccurately described product or a faulty product.

Australian consumer guarantees apply. Where a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we will arrange an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a failure to meet a consumer guarantee. These rights are not subject to a blanket time limit or a requirement to keep the original packaging.

Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photos can help us assess it. We will provide return instructions where needed and reimburse reasonable return costs when a product problem is confirmed. See our Refund Policy.

Using our website

Please do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised access or interference with the website or other customers. You may browse the site and share links to our products. Commercial reproduction of protected branding, artwork or website content requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Shopify hosts our store and provides checkout technology. Third-party links may have their own terms and privacy practices. Our use of a platform, printer, payment provider or carrier does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

Privacy and changes to these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms for future use of the website and future purchases. The terms applying when you place an order continue to apply to that order unless we agree otherwise with you or the law requires a change.
