Made to order, just for you

Our tees are printed to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrect size choice. Please compare the detailed garment measurements on each product page with a tee you already own before ordering.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

This policy does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law. For a major product failure, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we will provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.

Email info@onthenaughtylist.com or use our contact form with your order number, details of the issue and helpful photos. Please contact us before posting an item so we can arrange the right return instructions. We cover reasonable return postage where a fault is confirmed. Do not send returns to a printing facility without instructions from us.

Choosing the wrong size is different from receiving an incorrect item or a product that does not match its description; your consumer rights continue to apply.
